I was wondering the same thing. That'd be a shite state of affairs if some poor junior busted there ass to not only earn the honour of representing there country, but also to make the money to pay for that honour and then have it taken away.

Similar situation for me when I was a junior except that instead of world XC's moving and me not getting to go, I just didnt qualify. OK maybe it's not the same. Good luck
