It is this weekend how will our boys and girls perform?
I think a top ten performance for the fellas is possible, it is all going to come down to Joe Dionne and Brandon Young. With all do respect to Nigel, I suspect he will not be ready to perform at the level necessary due to injury. It will require 4 top 50 performances. How will Nate and Hayden perform it is obvious they are in amazing mile/3k shape but are they in good 8k shape?

How about the ladies? Obviously Carol Henry will have trouble repeating last years amazing performance since she suffered that horrendous car accident. She could still make a lot of noise, I don't know much about the rest of the team other then Megan Metcalfe who has run well this indoors.

The guys 4k team looks stacked with the likes of Sully, Kaley, Schibler, Kerr, Bourgeois and Jeremy Deere. They could do amazing this could be one of the best teams ever sent to World Cross.
