Well Laura I've seen you run quite a bit as I am in the GHAC region and I would say you might run 4:50 or 4:52 but who knows I don't know what kind of traing you've been doing that is speed oriented because I think that is what you lack in this event. Although that kind of time will still get into the top ten at OFSAA. In the three I would say you'll probably break 10:30-35 sometime this season and this is based on the way you were running in cross-country season and I think that the thousand time will come easier to you than the 15.
