For the most part racing at Sweet Springs Raceway has been a real pleasure. We just started racing last year and most everyone has treated us very well. We have asked alot of questions, and most of the drivers have been wonderful. They have even come over to our cars and started turning wrenches for us to help out. I want to personally say a big THANK YOU to all of you. Come on guys, isn't that whats it's all about. To come out, have some fun, and go home feeling good at the end of the night. It's a great way to spend time with family and friends.
We started with one car last year and now have three. Heck, the whole family is racing (except for mom of course)I'm the nervous one cheering them on..(haha)
There are always gonna be a few bad apples in everything in life. I believe that if everyone would put more effort into the positive things that go on here instead of voicing so many opinions on the negative, those that come to visit this websight might want to come here and race. I want to make a few positive comments about Sweet Springs Motorsports Complex. We traveled around a little bit and I must say that Sweet Springs has had the nicest track of all. We have a nice high bank track with great lighting, clean restrooms, and alot of friendly people. I can't speak for everyone, but I can say this... my family and I would be happy to see more new drivers and their families come here to race.
