I'm sure most of them would easily rise to the top, or rather stay at the top as they would initially slot in according to their current league record. One or two might find their reputation alone wouldn't guarantee them selection, but on the other hand someone like James would benefit from our system as he envariably has to defer to bigger names when all present despite his better recent record than some of them.

i have one arm, and would gladly play for the phoenix should you lose a couple of players, by all proof, would probably compete better at yarmouth and against elite, then half of the phoenix monkeys!
