Can Jimmy and John overcome the Wisher/Breen axis of evil? If they can I think that will complete the set of Zed wins. Predictions, anyone?

At the moment, I'd say the odds must favour anyone without Steve Adams as a partner

First night of the Pairs has produced no shock results.
Wettner/Holland of the Bull predictably failed to show allowing Marston/Meggs of the Ladies through. Walkovers also for Hannon/Benjafield (Bull), Stirling/Boyce (Larks), Harold/Kebbell (Vikings) among others.

Comfortable 2-0 wins for Pardon/Shadimehr (Lads), Spooner/Spooner (Grove)

Less comfortable 2-1s for Yates/Yates (Clan), Hawkins/Elliott (Stags)

Stack/Nichols (Eagles) bt Young/Moore (Bull) 2-0

Walkovers for Llewellyn/Parsons (BPC'A')

Zeds resurgeance continues

Messrs Runghen & Carny (Zeds) have despatched the highly fancied pairing of Breen & Wisher (Eagles) by a 2-0 scoreline.

This completed a thoroughly miserable night for all Eagle fans as the full team were also beaten by Zeds in Team K/O Semi-final.

Due to the also high zed factor in the sheepwalk team who participate in the waltham forest league, i thought id give quick report on this, well having hauled the zeds back into contention in the cup semi-final, leaving it at 4-2 to the eagles, i proceeded to speed to leytonstone, where i was overcome by the nature of the scoreline, a 4-0 deficit, in a best of nine! The winning doubles combination of earlier in the evening, then proceeded to haul the team back into contention, winning the two remaining singles, to make it 4-2, the team then won the 3 doubles capped off with a very good dish on my behalf, capping off an amazing night for zeds everywhere, doubles success, cup success, and league success!!

The resurgence continues
CMON THE ZEDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
