Des sat back on the couch without saying a word Lams closed the door and sat beside her. Des kept looking in Lams eyes as he showed her no emotion. she started to break down
Lams:Des why are you crying?
Lams winced he hated to see Des cry
Des:Why are you doing this to me, I don't want to leave you Olamide but Im not just another girl and I cant take the things they take.
Lams:What are you trying to say?
Des:Im trying to say that I will leave you Olamide, it will be over
Lams sighed and rolled his eyes knowing Deshones threat was an empty one, he sat back on the couch
Lams:Look Des, Im not going to kill someone, Im not going to fight, Im not even running around with CVG like you think I am.
Des:So what do you call spending every waking hour with Shawn then Lams?
Lams:Ok Des seeing Lib in your house again was not good for me and it kind of set me off. Im not going to forgive him Des so just forget it.
Des:Why Lams why?
Lams:Because thats not the type of friend I want to have, and Des if it wasnt for Shawn I would be dead right now and you know it.
Des:Hes a hoodlum!
Lams:Well we cant all be perfect like you now can we?

Cash laid on her bed, her head was swimming with thoughts.Shawn killed a woman but hes not in jail? She wasnt ready to be alone yet and definitely not ready yo start over again.She decided she wouldnt tell anybody about Shawn and she also decided to stay away from him.

Krys walked into Talibs bedroom the next day he was still reading the Harry Potter book. Krys raised her eyebrows and smiled at him.
Lib:What are you looking at me like that for?
Krys:Your such a geek now Talib
Lib:Shut-up Harry Potter is good after Im finished I'll let you borrow it.
Krys sat by him and took the book out of his hand. She kissed his lips Lib pulled her close wanting more but Krys backed away.
Krys:So whats new
Lib:I talked to Des, she called and said she wants to be friends
Krys grinned
Krys:Well thats good, the love of your life wants you back Talib
Talib laughed and pulled Krystina on his lap
Talib:You know you the only love of my life girl.
They shared another kiss
Krys:Oh yea Talib, your moms letting me help her cook tonight, so I'll be back up when Im done.
Krys kissed Lib on his cheek and ran downstais. Lib smiled and shook his head as he picked his book back up.

All the girls met up at Jackies house just like old times.Kry held symphony as they sat in the den.
Krys:God she is so beautiful, I want a baby so bad
Jackie:Girl no you dont, you better wait until your done with college and successful cause being a mother is a hard job
Krys:I know, I know.
Neither Des or Cashmere had said much the whole time they were there.
Jackie:Why are you so quiet Des?
Des:I dont know ........
Des shook her head
Des:I'll tell you guys later.
Krys:So how you been Tyra?
Tyra:Good, but bored
Krys:You should call me then girl, you can kick it with me and Lib
Des:I have to break up with Olamide
Cat:You have to what?
Des:He getting involved with C.V.G again and I cant do it, I cant.
Des started to cry everyone was so shocked they had never seen Des cry before, she was usually the strong one.
Cat:are you sure hes with C.V.G?
Des:Im not sure but hes been with Shawn so much ever since I tried to get him and Lib to be friends.
Cat:It'll be ok Des. Olamide loves you hes not going to do anything to hurt you.

Krys walked home from Talib's house the next day, she saw Lams sitting on the porch. This wasnt the first time she saw him but this was the first time she spoke.
Krys:Hey boy
Lams:Krystina come here, come sit and talk
Krys took a seat by Lams and exhaled, shewas happy she finally could say she felt nothing for him.
Lams:So what you been up to, long time no speak
Krys:Not much, school and Talib.
Lams:Talib
Krys:Yeap thats my heart.
Lams looked at Krys and smiled
Lams:I remember when I used to be your heart.
Krys was stuck she had no idea what to say
Lams:But anyways hows he treating you?He good to you?Hes not being possesive is he?
Krys:Lams hes a really good boyfriend, he learned his lesson but I dont think you have
Lams:Oh really and what lesson is that?
Krys:C.V.G
Lams groaned and shook his head.Krys laughed.
Krys:See Lams Im not even your girl no more so you can be real with me.
Lams:Be real with you, I dont see how me kicking it with Shawn is me getting back in C.V.G, Shawn is my nigga Krys
Krys: I know, but everything your doing right now is messing with Des, she dont understand that your hanging with Shawn its just that, she thinks your back with C.V.G
Lams:Im not Kry, Im not that stupid trust me. I cant even stand the people from C.V.G, they tried to kill me Krys
Krys:I know Lams now tell Des exactly what you just told me,oh and I have something else to tell you, remember you almost had me killed and I forgave you, why cant you forgive Talib?
Lams didnt have a answer for Krys, he knew in someways she was right.
Lams:So if I forgive him does that mean I have to be friends with him
Krys:No it just means that you forgive him and eventually you might become friends
Lams:I'll think about it alright?And you tell me if Lib gets out of line cause I'll rough him up for you
Krys laughed and playfully shoved Lams
Krys:And your not from C.V.G?
Lams:Shutup Krys
Lams shoved her back and they begin to playfight in the yard.

Shawn had stopped by Cashmeres house, it had been a week since they had talked.
Shawn:So whats going on your not going to talk to me no more?
Cash:No, Shawn Im not
Shawn:Why not?
Cash:Why not?Shawn look at my back
Cash pulled her shirt up to show him the purple bruise on her honey-toned skin.
Shawn:Damn, Im sorry,Im sorry Cash
Cash:Are you really because I dont think you are, Shawn you scare me. I dont want to be with someone Im scared of
Shawn just stared at Cash, he had let his temper get the best of him, he thought he was untouchable he thought he could get away with anything, not this time.
Cash:All you've done lately is lie to me, you havent left C.V.G, havent even thought about it, now you wanna go and mess up Deshone's and Olamide's relationship.Why Shawn?
Shawn:OK so Im not going to leave C.V.G, Im not and Im not going to stop being me so if you cant accept me for who I am then I guess were not meant to be
Cash:I guess not, Shawn I just want you to know I have a restraining order against you so if you ever come near me again you will be in jail, now can you please leave my house.
Shawn looked like someone had just dropped a ton of bricks on him, he left the house without saying a word.

Cat sat next to John in frostys she had her shoulder length hair in a high curly ponytail. John just stared at her with a childish grin like he had just won a prize. Catrina laughed.
Cat:What John?
John:Cant I just look at you girl?You so beautiful
Catrina laughed at John and playfully shoved him.
John:What I cant compliment you no more?
Cat:Naw its just that I havent heard that one in a while
Cat and John both continued to stare at eachother. Cat had a big smile on her face she winked at John
John:What
Cat:Your not too bad yourself.
Des walked in with Letonia.When Des saw Cat siting with John she knew anything was bound to happen. Cat broke Johns stare and looked over in Letonia's and Des direction and sighed.
Letonia:Lets go say whatsup to Jiz and Cat
Des:I dont think thats a good idea.
Letonia:Since when dont you wanna say hi to your bestfriends.
Letonia grabbed Des hand and dragged her over to them. Cat had had enough. She was ready to fight Letonia if it came down to it.
Des:Hey John and Cat
Letonia:Whats up Jiz
John didnt even look Letonia's way
Des:So what you guys up to
John looked at Cat and smiled he then looked at Des and turned to Letonia
John:Nothing I was just telling my girl how happy shes made me and how much I love her.
Cat laughed and laid her head on Johns shoulder
Cat:Aw I love you too baby.
John tilted Cats head forward and gave her a slow sweet kiss.
Des:Come on Letonia lets leave these love birds alone.
When they walked away John took a hold of Cats hands.
Cat:John you are being too good to me today.
John:Cat I wanna be good to you everyday. I apologize for my drama
Cat:Umhm
John:And I love you very much.Thank you for standing by me and I respect you making me wait until we're married because we are getting married, your going to be my virtuous wife worth more than rubies
Cat smiled and hugged John.
Cat:Aww John you've been reading your bible too!
John smiled and nodded his head proudly
Cat: Thank you John.
While John and Cat were working it out Letonias head was swimming with ways to get Jiz. Had she really blew it?Can Jiz actually resist her?
