How are these workers actually going to get to work? By car? If they can afford one. And for supposedly being an "environmentally sustainable" estate, being car-dependent destroys that. That's not the only sustainability of the development that has large question marks over it - the arguments for these houses to be built are flawed. Please bear that in mind.
