Well, the problem is, CRX isn't in Maidenhead... it's in the middle of nowhere. How are these workers actually going to get to work? By car? If they can afford one. And for supposedly being an "environmentally sustainable" estate, being car-dependent destroys that. That's not the only sustainability of the development that has large question marks over it - the arguments for these houses to be built are flawed. Please bear that in mind.
