趙薇果然是王菲的好姊妹，最近趙薇在王菲與李亞鵬的明翠園別墅對岸，豪擲1億2千多萬台幣，買下一幢3層樓的法式頂級豪宅，擁有私人游泳池及室內電梯、迷你酒吧、卡拉OK大房，據了解，趙薇豪宅的房價比王菲別墅還貴。
趙薇的新專輯「DOUBLE」大賣，日前她在北京出席完新專輯慶功宴之後，興致勃勃跟經紀人陳蓉等一行人，浩浩蕩蕩，開車到距離機場只有5分鐘車程的義順豪華公館看房子，這幢公館號稱北京第一豪宅。
趙薇新買的豪宅，光是裝潢就得花費2千多萬台幣，看房子當天，只見地產經理興奮的跟趙薇握手道賀，顯然趙薇買樓的動作「快而狠」，當年的「小燕子」變成鳳凰，躋身北京第一豪宅主人。
趙薇平日在大陸最要好的姊妹就是王菲，未來趙薇搬到王菲一河之隔的豪宅當鄰居，姊妹淘聚會更方便。

趙薇砸1.2億 北京買豪宅

影星趙薇日前砸下3000萬人民幣 (約台幣1億2000萬元)買下位於北京首都機場附近的別墅豪宅，與李亞朋、王菲的新房只隔了一條小河，巨星變成了鄰居，而圈內人則打趣道，趙薇這是體貼狗仔隊，以後狗仔隊可以一次盯兩家巨星。
趙薇近一年事業順利，不但在大陸的影展稱后，新專輯也反應熱烈，雖與汪雨的戀情一度出現第三者黃奕，但在汪雨極力澄清下，也算雨過天晴，心情大好的她於是砸下3000萬人民幣買豪宅，犒賞一下自己。
趙薇買的別墅，距北京首都機場只有五分鐘車程，不但建材極佳，且社區內的小橋流水造景非常雅緻，被稱為「北京第一豪宅」，趙薇滿意得不得了，而未來的裝璜費，預估將達500萬人民幣，也就是約2000萬台幣。
