影劇中心／綜合報導 歷經一連串的負面新聞，趙薇似乎絲毫不受影響，開開心心買新屋！根據香港媒體報導，趙薇近日大手筆擲出3000多萬人民幣(約等於台幣1億2千萬元)，在北京王菲與李亞鵬夫妻倆的愛窩晴翠園別墅對岸，買下一幢3層高的歐洲式建築頂級豪宅，豪宅內酒吧和卡拉OK大房應有盡有，私人室內泳池及室內電梯享盡豪華，而樓價更是所費不貲，遠超出王菲新購的別墅價錢。 拿下金爵獎最佳女主角，趙薇晉身影后，加上8月份推出的新專輯歌迷反應熱烈、去年由她主演的電影「飄」票房甚佳，雖歷經一連串酒醉打人、男友與女星牽手被拍等負面新聞，趙薇財源依舊滾滾來，累積的財富讓她躍身擠進女富豪的行列。身價上漲，趙薇似乎對「住」也講究起來。 根據香港媒體報導，日前趙薇出席完新專輯的慶功宴後，就在大嫂兼經紀人陳蓉等人陪伴下，一起驅車前往距離北京機場只有5分鐘車程的別墅區。趙薇在經紀人陪同下四處瀏覽，興奮神情溢於言表，對於豪宅的超豪華建築以及宅外大片草坪及假山、小橋流水的園藝設計相當滿意，不停來回參觀。 趙薇與大嫂陳蓉商議後決定購入，正式成為王菲與李亞鵬的鄰居，一河之隔的2戶富貴人家屆時還可多互相來往，打麻將聊天。這幢被稱為北京第一豪宅的別墅群，第一期工程將興建20幢別墅，8月18日開始發售，坐地1500平方尺(約15000呎)，價值高達3000萬元人民幣(約等於台幣1億2000萬元)，單是裝修費估計須花費500萬元人民幣(約等於台幣2000萬元)，花費驚人！ 東森新聞報
