Your feedback is welcome about this. You might want to add it to the relevant thread as we want to involve everybody in the final decision. As it was already stated in the announcement this measure is only on a trial basis and everybody is welcome to add their comments... included guests.

On another note, as Alex is aware by the personal messages we have been exchanging during the previous few days, but perhaps some of your members aren't, JT forum is happy to lend you a hand while you sort out the problems with your server for as long as you need it.

It has been brought to my attention that for some odd reason some of the Blue Room members think they're not wanted on here and it seems "all hell's broken out" because of it.

Let me clarify this....

Access to the site is free for all. We even set up this area for Blue Room members to be open to guests to post without becoming members, because they need to use the site while the Blue Room is down. We don't want people forced to become members. Far from it.

Our moderator group have discussed ways to solve some issues CONCERNING JT FORUM AND ITS MANAGEMENT and possible ways to address them. We decided to run a trial period were some of our more popular forums where only accessible to members. This was decided almost two weeks ago and has NOTHING to do with the present situation at Blue Room. We are encouraging everybody to have a say about it and helping in deciding what's the best solution for JT Forum... even guests that might be affected by this decision. We are and have always been friendly and accomodating to the needs of Blue Room and its members.
And that's the way we intend to carry on.

We are happy about you using the forum resources, requesting technical advice about sorting problems with the common software behind running the site... or any other queries or suggestions you might want to submit to us.

The Administration of Blue Room requested a subforum to be created for them while sorting the problems. We created it as soon as this was requested.. and we have being offering advice since then on how to sort out the problem.

I hope this clear this matter for once and all.
