Aisleyne was no better for letting it go so easily after claiming she was going to make Grace pay for it. Can't stand either of them. It's not always a good thing to confront people; sometimes you're the bigger person for walking away from an argument, and both of those girls need to learn that.

Richard has behaved exactly as I would have expected, and I don't have a problem with him about it either. What is said in the Diary Room is essentially a private thing, at least that's how the HMs are made to feel by the soothing voices of BB; it's a way of getting out all the venom from your system so that you can try and live in some manner of peace with the people you are forced to put up with - like we all do when we vent to our friends / family.

I've screamed and yelled about work colleagues at home so that I can go back into the office and maintain a modicum of calm decorum and civility to their faces. So call me two-faced if you like; I prefer to call it a natural means of survival.

The DR is the closest any of the HMs can get to letting off steam with someone they can trust, and that's something we all need to do now and again. Richard isn't the only one of the HMs to have used the DR for this purpose, though of course he is targeted for it simply because he is so witty when he does so.
