 Hi there,

I have a double room in Musselburgh to let. I live 5 mins from the train station and bus stop is outside the front door, taking 15mins and 25 mins repectively into city centre.

The flat is on the first floor and has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, large livingroom and study room. I live here with my boyfriend (professionals)and we are are both friendly and easy going people. (24 &23 years old).

The room is available as from the 1st October and the rent is £250 p.c.m. (bills inclusive except phone) Deposit is £250.
