It is very convenient for travel, shops and pubs - only 1 minute from KelvinHall Underground. The flat comprises of a decent sized lounge, 2 spacious double bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. Fully furnished. Communal Gardens. Parking areas available. Security Entry system in place. Rent is �247.50 per month. 2 references are needed for landlord.
