Hello. I would like to get in touch with anyone who lived on Gemmel Street from 1949-54. The street was located near the Milanda Bakery. The street has a great history.
There is a picture in the "People's Palace" museum of a "Penny Scramble" taking place on Gemmel Street. We are in this picture along with many others who lived on the street. Hope to hear from someone out there.
