 One roomy room in 96/2 Nicolson Street available from 24 June to 6 October for £230 per month including bills. To share with one unassuming male (a 2nd year UG student). Handy central location, and above Tesco and opposite Alldays 24 hour shop.
Will consider letting out the property for only 2 months out of July, August and September.
