Itse k�yt�n hot spottiin el�inl��k�rin m��r��m�� korvatulehdusl��kett�, auttaa nopeasti ja pit�� tulehtuneen alueen puhtaana, eik� kutia niin paljon. Korvatippoja vaan muutama alueelle pari kertaa p�iv�ss�, niin kauan kun alue n�ytt�� silt�, ett� se tarvitsee tippoja. Lopuksi alue kuivuu ja l�htee pois.
