Squeeze the tennis ball with your armpit and by doing this it will block of one of the main artery leading to your arm. get someone to measure your pulse on the arm the tennis ball is under, or hook it up to a heart monitoring machine for a more dramatic effect. it will only work on the arm the tennis ball is under.
