Lead model 8am-4pm
Second model from 10am-4pm
Dead line:12-19-03
Pay: $450. an hour
Commission: 20%


Please list the state you can work ONLY if you can get to them WITHOUT
Compensation for travel time.

Please send email with jpg to info@millenniumagency.com and name it
'SAMS CLUB DRINK SPOKESMODEL'(your name) (your city you reside in)
You must include full name, mailing address (not p.o. box, Fed Ex and
UPS wont deliver to these locations) and phone/cell.
