Jody,

A seed vessel is the part of the plant covering the seed, from where the seed is protected and gets its nourishment. So any fruit with seeds inside or vegetables with seeds inside, would be a seed vessel. I don't know that seed vessel is a very common term. I figured everyone might have a hard time thinking of edible flowers, but you did good on that.
