Subject: Kay's Special Orange Cake

1 (18.25-ounce) Orange Supreme Cake Mix,such as Duncan Hines
1 1/3 cups orange juice
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs

Glaze:
1 cup orange juice
2 cups confectioners'sugar
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine,optional

PREHEAT the oven to 350 degrees.Coat the inside of a Bundt cake pan
with a nonstick spray.(Gialenios uses Baker's Joy.)

MIX cake mix,orange juice,vegetable oil and eggs with an electric
mixer until moistened.Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour
batter into the prepared pan.Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until a
toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.

JUST BEFORE the cake comes from the oven,make the glaze by putting 1
cup orange juice,confectioners' sugar and butter(if using) in a
saucepan.Bring to a rolling boil.

REMOVE the cake pan from the oven and put it on a wire rack. Punch
holes with a fork all over the cake.Pour the hot glaze all over the
cake.Allow the cake to remain in the pan until it cools, then turn
upside down on a cake plate.
