Subject: Dulce de Leche (Pecan Pralines)

1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup sugar
2 cups pecans
1/2 cup evaporated milk

Spread some butter on wax paper.Set aside.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

Cook over medium heat to soft-ball stage(234-240 degrees on a candy
thermometer),stirring constantly.Beat until mixture starts to
thicken.

Drop candy rapidly from a spoon on to buttered wax paper to form
patties.

Note:If candy becomes too stiff,stir in a little hot water to make it
smooth.
