Subject: MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE

CAKE:
1(18 1/4 ounces)box yellow cake mix
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs
1(11 ounces)can mandarin orange segments,cut in half
1/2 cup chopped nuts
FROSTING:
1(20 ounces)can unsweetened crushed pineapple
1(3.4 ounces)package instant vanilla pudding
1(12 ounces)carton Cool Whip,thawed

Cake:Mix cake mix,oil,eggs and juice from orange segments for 2
minutes
at medium speed.Fold in nuts and orange segments.Pour into a greased
9-by-13-inch baking pan.Bake in 325-degree oven for 45 minutes.

Topping:Mix pudding and pineapple with its juice together. Fold in
whipped
topping and spread over top of cooled cake.Store in refrigerator.
