Subject: Spinach

1 bunch fresh spinach
1 whole shallot(sliced)
Salt and pepper to taste
Nutmeg to taste
1 tablespoon butter

Wash,dry and tear spinach.Lightly coat a skillet with spray garlic
oil and saute the sliced shallots.Add the spinach and at this time
add butter also.(If you add the butter as you saute the shallots the
butter will burn.)Salt and pepper to taste and add a little nutmeg
just for kicks.The spinach will cook very quickly.
