Subject: ONE-POT SPAGHETTI

Saute 1 medium onion,chopped fine(or 1 tablespoon instant onion),1
garlic
clove,minced in 1 tablespoon bacon fat(or oil).

Add 1 pound chopped beef;brown quickly,breaking up with a fork.

Add 1 can(1 pound,12 ounce)undrained plum tomatoes,1 cup red wine,
1/2
cup water,4 ounces (1/2 package) thin spaghetti,broken into small
pieces,
1 tablespoon oregano,garlic salt,pepper to taste and 4 slices salami
(optional),cut into thin strips.

Boil 1 minute;reduce heat.Simmer 25 minutes,covered, stirring
occasionally and breaking up tomatoes.Serves 4.
