Subject: PUMPKIN PIE

2 cups pumpkin
1 can Carnation milk
1 1/2 cups sugar
5 eggs
3 level tsps.pumpkin pie spice
2 unbaked pie shells

Mix pumpkin,milk,sugar,eggs and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
Pour into unbaked pie shells.Bake for 10 minutes at 500 degrees.Then
turn oven to 400 degrees and bake for 45 minutes.You may add a
spoonful of whipped cream or Cool Whip on top of each slice when
serving.
