That is gutpela kai indeed. It's the "WhATEVEr" ingredient that's got me stumped....so if you can explain in your next post so I can pick it up from the greengrocers hehehehe just kidding!!! Seriously though, Indonesian fried rice is one of my favourite rice dishes. I've used tamarind pulp once in a while too, but it's optional. Next time, I will give you all a chicken recipe that goes well with this fried rice we are discussing......lukim yu! Aussie.
