Ok, first off, i wanna say Happy New Year, i hope all y'all had a good Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, and New Year. And are enjoying your Christmas break. Thank you all so much for showing all the love this year since i been writing on this board. I really appreaciate it, and i am very glad i started writing fanfiction. I'm thinking about starting my own site next year, and featuring my fanfiction on there. Oh, and anybody who wants to write teamstories, i'm all for that, too. Secondly, if you ain't already, go buy B2K's new album, Pandemonium, because it is on fiyah! And look out for Bump, Bump, Bump, the new DVD in stores sometime in Feb. Oh and did i say Happy Nappy New Year? Have a good year, spend it with the people you love!
Two Reasons I Cry
Chapter 9
Omari went to the first place that he could think to go, Me’shelle’s house. He pulled up, and got to the doorstep, only to find that the door was slightly open. He pushed his way inside of the dark house and stepped into the living room.
“She’s not here,” a voice said to Omari in the dark room
“What?” Omari said confused and a little startled
“Me’shelle’s not here. I’ve been here since before the party was over, she’s not here.” The voice said to Omari
“Jarday?” he said turning on a lamp and recognizing her
“Yea, it’s me,” she said flopping down on the couch
“What are you doing here, and where’s Jarell?” Omari said standing in the same spot
“Jarell’s probably throwing up his guts right about now, and I didn’t want to be at home to receive his lame ‘I’m sorry’ phone call,” she said getting off the couch and walking around the room
“Oh, well I guess you already know how my night went,” he said also walking around the room
“Yea, I’m sorry Omari.” Jarday said sympathetically
“Me, too, I really love her,” Omari said getting sad
“She loves you, too, she’s just confused right now. Don’t worry she’ll come around,” Jarday said trying to make him feel better
“I hope so.” He said as he looked at some pictures on the wall, “Look at that, it’ll never be right because of him, he messed it all up,” Omari said referring to an old picture of Jason and MeMe
“Omari, maybe it just wasn’t meant to be, but if it’s any consolation, I would’ve said yes,” she said looking in his eyes
“Thanks, that makes me feel a lot better,” he said as they hugged, once they pulled out of the hug, they gazed into each other’s eyes, and…you guessed it, they kissed. And kissed. And kissed. Dayum.
“Omari?! Jarday?!” Me’shelle yelled as she walked into her house
“Me’shelle?!” Omari said, “What are you doing here,” he questioned
“Nigga, I live here, what are you doing here, with Jarday, kissing?” she said as he approached her
“Me’shelle it’s not even like that, it’s just that…”he began to say as MeMe cut him off in midsentence
“I don’t wanna hear another lie from you or any other man, just save it, please.” She said as she walked out of the house,
“Me’shelle wait!” he said as he chased after her and grabbed onto her car door,
“Omari get out my way before I slam your hand in this door,” she threatened as he let go,
“MeMe, just let me explain,” Omari said
“Explain what? Explain why you were in my house, tonguing down my best friend, while I walked around town in a wet dress, catching pneumonia waiting for a cab.” Me’shelle started before Omari interrupted
“Well, you would’ve been riding home happy with me had you not embarrassed the hell outta me at a surprise party that I threw you, by saying no to my surprise marriage proposal,” Omari said
“And this is payback? I say no, and you throw everything away, by kissing my girl? Just because I said I wouldn’t marry you, doesn’t mean I was ending it,” Me’shelle said stepping out of the car to face Omari
“You might as well have ended it, because you ain’t gonna be stringing me along for the ride. Either you want me or you don’t,” Omari yelled at her
“Omari, you are not gonna give me an ultimatum, the proposal just came at a bad time, I have a lot on my mind right now,” she tried to rationalize
“Yea, you too busy thinking about that broke ass nigga that don’t give a fuck about you. I care about you, and all you can care about is that nigga Jason. Fuck Jason, and you know what else? Fuck you!” he yelled at her
By now Me’shelle had fire in her eyes and was breathing smoke in and out of her nose, “Omari, how could you say something so insensitive, you cold-hearted, son of a bitch, I hate you, I hate you so much,” she said as she started hitting him across his chest, and smacking him across his face,
“Oh really?” he said as he grabbed her by her wrists, “Well you really gon hate me now,” he said as he threw her up against her car, then he picked her up by her tiny throat and start to choke the life out of her, by now she was a breathless body, as he tossed her body on the concrete, and started to lunge his size 13 timberland into her stomach, “And you better tell me you love me or I’ll beat the shit out of you, bitch. Tell me you love me, tell me you love me,” he said as he stopped kicking her and knelt down next to her. She was gasping for air and holding her stomach as she laid on the concrete in an almost lifeless ball, “Tell me you love me, bitch,” he said as she rolled over and looked at him, “I love you,” she managed to get out in a small whisper. As he got up and walked to his car and then came back, “Here,” he said throwing a water bottle at her, “You might wanna drink some water, you look a little parched,” he said as he got in his car, with Jarday in the passenger seat, watched Me’shelle take her last breath, and pulled off. Leaving her dead in her own driveway.
