Be sure to crunch the numbers. I didn't have as good a deal as they are offering now, but for me I paid less over the term of the loan by taking the cash back and paying the higher interest rate through my bank. Granted it was only a few hundred dollars but everyone counts.
Another thing is that the really low interest rates are usually for a shorter term, ie. 2.9% for 36 mo. If I could afford $1000 mo. payments on an automobile, I'd have paid cash :)
