If you're going to run aftermarket wheels with more positive offset than stock or are going with a chunky tread pattern on the 31, then the 2" isn't going to get you high enough. Performance Accessories makes the best body lift kits, but as far as I know, they only offer a 2" for our trucks. I checked many times, because I would have done the 3" if it was offered. Hobie and I both cranked up our torsion bars and added shackles to the rear. This work was required to sufficiently clear the tires. I have also installed an add-a-leaf in the rear. Look at some of the old archive notes and you can see that Hobie and I trimmed the front fender(behind the tire). It's not a major expense over the price of the body lift to do this work. Leafs can be had for about $30 and shackles might cost $60. Crank the torsion bars for free, but then pay to get it aligned after you do it. Trimming the fenders is up to you, but we HAD to do it. We do a fair bit of off-roading so we needed it. Let me know if we can be of any help.
