first off, 3"bl would be needed. then you will need to do an aal and crank the t-bars at least 3 times. this will give you another inch. then you will be alright without chopping. but if you flex the front pretty hard, you will rub. but it shouldnt tear anything up. it just rubs the tread so its alright. you can check out the crank t bar in the mod section and look on my member page about the chopping. the only place that you will rub would be behind the front wheel on the fender. and it will only rub when you turn and flex at the same time. which if you dont off road, this wont happen often. you can email me if you any other questions - hobie
