Subject: The Goldberg Variations

Oh how I anticipate Lane and Hellborg's rendering of this. However, I have the following questions that perhaps Mick or someone else (you know, helpful motherfuckers) could answer:
a) Is it known when we can expect this?
b) Do they intend to render it in standard equal tempered tuning or will they adjust to Werckmeister III or 1/4th comma meantone as Bach most likely employed? Although I am unsure how -- or if it is even possible -- to achieve those tunings on guitar and bass.
c) Are they using any performances as a template? I know that Shawn is quite fond of Glenn Gould . . .
d) Are they going to perform at tempos that only they could -- or will it be a somewhat more conservative outing?
e) I heard mention of an orchestral backing. Could that be right? It doesn't sound right to me . . .
f) Will the instrumentation be acoustic, electric, or a combination of the two? I would love to hear Jonas on his "Roman" Wechter acoustic (or better yet the new model they are developing for him) and Lane on his Vigier Excaliber.
g) Will they be performing the repeats?
