I think Shawn just mentioned it in passing as something he'd like to do. It's unlikely to happen because Shawn can't seem to commit to anything. More likely would be Jonas and Shawn performing snatches in concert.

I wonder whether Shawn can play it on piano?

By the way, anyone reading this must buy the DVD of Glenn Gould performing them. It's truly a religious experience, and one of the most amazinng spectacles I have ever witnessed.
