Subject: what shawns music means to you, and what impression does it leave you with?

hey gang

the are a few one words that always spring to mind when listening to shawn (particularly when he's improvising)and they are 'organic' 'spiritual' 'ethereal' and 'other worldly'

when listening to his music in general I am not only struck by it's beauty but can't help be left with a feeling of emptiness-almost as if shawn has 'missed the boat' as it were, like there is a sense of loss somewhere amongst it. These are my thoughts-what are yours?
