Hi,

I've just found this site and your question.

Allow me to help - I live in Wexford town and from where I'm sitting I can look across the river at the last evidence of the flying boat base - the slipway for launching aircraft.

If you email me at Paul.Rowley@gmail.com I'll email you a copy of an article I wrote on the base for the short-lived Irish aviation magazine, Wings Ireland. It includes scans of pages taken from a specially published book to commemorate the short stay of the americans in Wexford, a mere eight months in 1918.

Regards,

Paul Rowley
