Beside her lays a powder blue colt, dead as well for he is not fully developed, his broken shell scattered everywhere. Close to her cold body, however, there are three unbroken eggs. You step closer, wary of touching the corpses, but wanting to look at the eggs, to see if there is a chance of saving them. When you lie you muzzle against them, you can feel the warmth within. They can be saved! The foals are still alive! Their shells are smeared with their mother's blood, but their brilliant colors cannot be hidden. Will you take one? EGG #1 Shell Color: Silver with gold flecks EGG #2 Shell Color: Ivory with lavendar & gold swirls EGG #3 Shell Color: Ivory with powder blue swirls & miniature silver stars ***A hint to those who wish to take them: There are two fillies and one colt, but which is which is your guess. Also, these three foals will be either Light's or Neutral's. They WILL NOT be Dark's. And finally, the reason their mother is dead will play a part in their lives later on, so be sure you are there to love and protect them..... She holds back tears at seeing the tiny body of the colt, but watches the eggs with interest. She sniffs at each one, stopping at the ivory, lavender, and gold one. She looks to the sky, should the eggs' father or attacker be present, and rolls the egg carefully, a bit away from its mother and siblings. She places her muzzle against it and rubs a bit of the blood off, then folds her feathered legs and lays alongside it. Moving it tenderly with her nose, she places the egg beneath a powder-white wing, keeping it warm as she can.
