She didn't know what had made her come, or if there was anything she could do or say to make him stop. She watches, wanting to remain unnoticed, but knew he would spot her. She had abanned her cloak outside, she now only wore her gown. She seemed to show no expression, but much washed over her inside. She knew Alairic wasn't the type to forgive easily, and she wasn't even sure if she wanted to try to be forgiven. She simpled watched, wondering what it was she should do. And she pondered over if there was anything she could do. She looked to the girls on the step, for some kind of help.
