Hi Ree, I think a beautiful place would be in a park with a Gazebo. U would be Married under the Gazebo, Family, close Friends. As for the Gown, U have to look around to see where U can get a nice one for a decent price, or if u have a Friend or someone who can make U one is the cheapest way to do so. As for the Cake another Friend that knows how to do so. Cheapest way for the food is if Friends and or Family get together and decide who will make what dish and for how many people. Everything has to be checked out and to find what the cheapest way to go. That is just some suggestions for U. I hope others will respomd to ur question.
