There has been a developing view in the Asian community that when Asian men pursue non-Asian women, it shows the frustration and selfishness (an probably, the broken Asian male ego) that they are fed up when their Asian sisters fall madly in love with non-Asian men.

Though, I agree with you that any one race that "captures" another person not of his/her race will always be considered, in blind view and ignorance, an "ornament" or "eye candy." I should know...my wife is a Caucasian blonde and our children are either looked at as wonderment or amusement.
