the lean codes that you are getting are probally from lower intake gasket leaks per owner recall 00M12. THE PARTS FOR THIS RECALL REPLACE THE INTAKE GASKETS AND THE FRONT CHAIN TENSIONER THAT makes noise on start up. Make sure you disconnect the battery to reset the eec module. I havent seen any fuel delivery problems on the 4.0 to speak of.
