Subject: F150 300i6 Hard to start in cold weather

Hello, I have a 1990 F150 with 300I6 with fuel injection. When I start the engine It idles up fine then after about 5 seconds it idles down very very low and sputters badly. It does this for about 3 seconds,(sometimes it even dies) then it idles back up to normal. It repeats this cycle untill it is warm.It only does this when it is cold outside and the engine is cold. I have have changed every sensor I can find and it did not help. It is not setting any codes. Thanks for any help.
