Subject: Lawsuit against Ford Motor Company

I am a technician working for a Ford dealership in Canada. I would like to fill out the form on the page of the lawsuit against Ford but there is no provision for provinces or postal codes. There is a lot of interest on this subject here in Canada as well. Could you please let me know if you would accept my involvement.
