Ok, here they are...

1) Since this is really too much for one person to handle, I've hired an assistant producer. (Hey, Jeff Probst has a whole production team!!) So say hello to The Kept (harmychallenge@hotmail.com), the keeper of my sanity. (And that is a full time job, or very easy job, depending on how you look at it) She and I hammered out the rest of these details late last night.

2) Because of the way the team aspect of the game took off, and in light of the wonderful team responses to the Immunity Challenge, Survivor has been revamped into a team sport. The challenges will be answered as a team, voting will occur as a team, and a team will win. (Hey, with 11 days and only 8 team members, I'm sure you'll find plenty of alone time with Harm.)

3) The play: Each Monday morning, one of us will post the new Challenge. We will also email it to the team captains so they can start coordinating their team's efforts. Anyone else is free to post their answer under the original post. On Friday night a new post will appear for the answers to the challenge. All answers must be in by midnight, CDT Saturday night. (Allowances will be made for extreme circumstances)

4) The voting: Each team will decide which answer they like the best--you cannot vote for yourself. We will each cast our own vote as well. All votes must be in by Tuesday (this allows time for you to focus on the new challenge) and will be tallied. Each team will retain the individual points they receive, and the team with the most points will win one more point.

5) At the end of the summer, all the points will be tallied and the team with the most points will win Harm for 11 days. What they do with him is their business.

6) To keep things active on the board, there will be a daily challenge, just for fun. No points will be awarded for answers, and once again anyone is free to reply.
