Hello Ignacio;

I have a 90 & 91 Accord. 93 should be the same.
The thermostat housing is just behind the distributor. The lower radiator hose terminates at the thermostat housing. (The upper hose goes to the water outlet housing.)

Once you replace it, be sure to open the bleed screw on the top of the thermostat housing, add a 50/50 mixture of coolant & water to the system until coolant flows freely from the bleed screw (no bubbles). This gets all the air out of the system.
