I have a 90 Accord and I went to refill the washer fluid and a puddle formed quickly on the ground. I unbolted the neck where you fill the reservoir but noticed it was a two piece reservoir. I placed it back and this time added water just to see where the leak was going and some of it was going in around the neck but the most of it was on the ground again. Without taking out the skid plate from the bottom of the car is it possible the o-ring on the neck needs to be change and alleviate the issue or will I need to get under it further and check the actual remaining tank. If it needs to be replaced is it a simple unbolting and unattaching of hoses to the motor or pump or is there more because I have the original manual and a chilton and there is nothing in there for this type of repair in them.
Thanks in advance for anyone's help and looking forward in hearing back on a resolution.
