I finally got time to take off the P/S belt. When I did and took the car out for a drive, the noise was still there. Thus, I know it's not the P/S pump. I finally determined that the noise was coming from the right front of the car when I make a left turn. The clicking only can be heard at certain speeds. It's most detectable when I am making a fairly sharp turn at slow speeds (like making a hard left turn from a Stop sign). I'll be taking my car in to a repair shop in the next few days to verify that it's my right CV joint. I'll report back on what they find.
