The Haynes manual is only about 23 dollars, I would simply go out and get one. As for the replacement, it is rather simple. First, is the white teflon piece broken or jus the mast. If it is the mast only, you can remove the mast to corner panel nut, the crome nut you see from the outside, and have some turn the radio on and try pulling the assembly out, once out, put the new cord in and turn the radio of thus pulling the new mast in, then secure the crome nut. BUT, it mast is probably fused to the holding tube/sleeve located within the trunk, meaninf that you will have to buy a new mast and outter sleeve, remove the trunk liner, disconnect the wiring harness, remove the motor and mast assembly, (if the cord broke off and is in the motor you will have to pull the cover off the motor and remove that broken piece), remove the old mast sleeve/tube, then re install the new sleeve, and re-install the motor/mast sleeve assembly. Once that is in the installation of the new mast is done by first turning the radio on, then insert the new cord of the new mast, have someone turn the radio off, and feed the new mast into the motor/sleeve assembly. Then re-install the outter chrome nut. This was bad writing on my part, but provides the basics. I will say that this imformation is based on the 95 Accord model, but I am venturing a guess that they are relatively similar in style.
Good luck. It should be a simple job if you have all new parts.
Mike
