If the brake is dragging I have found that simply lifting the caar and spinning the wheel checks it out. It should spin almost freely. Check that both sides spin similar. It may not be that is is retracting wrong, it may be that the caliper slide pins are in need of some high temp urea lubricant or are corroded and need to be replaced. Check that the caliper is sliding and is not frozen.

With the car properly alligned and the caliper/brake system funtioning properly, the other thing that can cause this problem is the tires themselves. Try flip flopping the front tires from one side to the other and see if the problem goes away. I know that my wifes 95 Accord EX is sensitive to this. All tires wear fine, allignment fine as well as brakes, but if the rear tires are not criss crossed to the front, the car will always pull to one side. And they are decent Michelin MXV4 tires to boot.
