Subject: 1991 accord-clicking sound, no start

 My car was working fine before, but few days aog, when I came back from work, parked the car in the driveway. Came after 10 minutes, tried to start the car, it won't start. Wipers started without turning them on, the only thing I could hear was a clicking sound. Is it battery or the starter? Please help.
