Worth a try to seal it. I wouldn't do an internal sealer, instead go for an external patch job.

You might call the manufacturer of some of the name brand epoxies, and they can probably tell you what will or won't work.

Or, you could buy one at a salvage yard contingent on it being leak checked at a local radiator shop.
